The kantharos, found in a grave in Falerii Veteres and dated to the middle and the second half of the 7th century BC, is made of impasto bruno. The body is shaped concave and cylindrical. The handles are bow-shaped and lifted over the rim of the vessel. The base and wall are separated by a circumferential coil, which shows vertical scratches and decoration of knobs. A fish is scratched into the wall on each side of the vessel.
